Dawn is a proud Chicago girl who enjoys all styles of tattooing and lives to make her customers happy. Willing and able to draw anything you can imagine , she’s become known for a style all her own which blends east Indian Mehndi inspired motifs, elements found in nature, and a healthy obsession with art nouveau to create tattoos that flow with the natural curves of the human form. Dawn has been tattooing professionally since 1996, after serving a traditional 2-year apprenticeship with world renowned Cap Szumski, at Timeless Tattoo in Atlanta, GA. She still strives to make every tattoo she does meet his standards of quality, consistency, and pride. While not at the shop, Dawn tries to make her vintage Italian Vesper and Lambretta scooters run faster, louder, and harder. She’s a happy student of the Chicago Mosaic School and is into belly dance, ancient history, and yoga.
